We want to help you discover that excitement without all the stress of your move. We are  a local, privately owned relocation services company aimed at helping professionals, corporate transfers, families, expats, students and locals, find the ideal new home based on their preferences and budget. We care about our clients, treat their relocation as our highest priority, and make finding their new home a rewarding experience. We love what we do and we want our clients to love where they live!
We specialize in helping people find a home in as little as one day. We know that moving to a new area, especially San Francisco, can be overwhelming and stressful if you are unfamiliar with the neighborhoods, and due to the competitive nature of the housing market. We are experts on the San Francisco, Marin, East Bay, Peninsula and South Bay rental markets. We listen to your needs and help you narrow down your search to specific neighborhoods that meet your budget and criteria. After we get your criteria we assist you in gathering all of the necessary documents and information necessary to apply for a home. If you’re moving from another country and haven’t established U.S. credit with can assist you with that as well. We educate each of our clients each step of the way on the process.
The Bay Area rental market is one of the most dynamic and fast-moving markets in the country. The majority of the rentals are first come first serve (first to apply) so being prepared is very important. We schedule up to twelve properties for you to see in a single day that match your criteria. We pick you up and drop you off at a local location that you designate and drive you to each appointment. We help you with the negotiation process as well. Relocate SF has strong relationships with property owners and managers. These relationships are valuable in the sense that we know about many properties before the public does, which drives down competition. These relationships are also valuable with negotiations and application approvals. Our mission is to work with you until you find the perfect home!

Charity is the owner of Relocate SF. She's a California native and a Northern California resident for over 20 years. She loves the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys sharing her local knowledge with clients.


As a licensed real estate agent and seasoned relocation expert, Charity is intimately familiar with the Bay Area in terms of both lifestyle and market perspectives. Charity enjoys helping her clients find their perfect home. Her motto is, "love where you live!"


After years of helping people relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area and learning from so many different and unique sets of  circumstances, Charity has refined her company's processes to alleviate stress, save time and money, while always finding clients a place they're excited to call home.

Orientation Tours

Introduction to Bay Area

Our 8-hour orientation tour familiarizes our clients with the unique qualities of each neighborhood. We provide must-have information and tips on driving routes, public transportation, schools, restaurants, recreation, and a host of other amenities.

Settling In

Moving to a new location and home, with everything involved, can be a drawn-out process consuming time and becoming overwhelming.

TIPPING POINT

One of the biggest issues and concerns in the Bay Area is the homeless and poverty crises. In San Francisco alone, there are 3,000 people that experience chronic homelessness nightly. 

Relocate SF cares about our communities, and the communities our clients eventually call home. We donate a percentage of our fee from each client to an amazing local non-profit, known as Tipping Point. 

Tipping Point is dedicated to real solutions for addressing long-term homelessness. Tipping Point identifies and invests in the most promising interventions by funding a portfolio of poverty-fighting organizations and implementing a series of focused initiatives. To find out more, visit tippingpoint.org.

SAN FRANCISCO SPCA

Relocate SF loves all furry friends! This is why the SPCA is near and dear to our hearts. San Francisco SPCA has a mission to save and protect animals, advocating for their welfare, and enhancing the human-animal bond. 

Relocate SF is a strong advocate for San Francisco SPCA! We care about the welfare of animals, which is why we donate a percentage of our fee from each client to this wonderful non-profit.

San Francisco SPCA is the 4th oldest humane society in the U.S. and the founders of the No-Kill movement. As a result of San Francisco SPCA efforts, and work with community partners, San Francisco has the lowest euthanasia rate of any major city in the country. Learn more at sfspca.org.
